Nick explained the process and made sure I was pre-approved for the loan before I made an offer. He also explained that the property was a Homepath property and that I could qualify for 3% closing help if I took an on-line course. That information saved me thousands of dollars in closing costs! Despite the fact that the property was sold as-is, Nick was able to get the seller to pay for termite treatment and fix a leaky shut-off valve.
